TEAM MANAGER FOR CAPITAL MARKET PRODUCTS (JOB NUMBER: 2304GFSO14832)

**About the job**
- The Finance Capital Markets Products Team Manager mission is to measure, control and explain the financial reporting of the Region’s entities, covering a large part of BNP Paribas Business Lines. Within the EMEA Finance organization, is also responsible for ensuring an accurate, reliable and comprehensive set of segmented financial data required for the production of all Reporting streams in relation with Capital Markets Business Lines.

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Ensure the contribution to the monitoring of Capital Market Businesses, by controlling the reconciliation of the accounting and economical P&L followed by the Front and Middle Offices.
- Work with the main financial instruments (Derivatives, Forex, Bonds, Issuer bonds, Equities and Commodities), as well as with the main businesses involved: Global Markets, ALMT and Personal Finance.
- Support the Team in performing in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis of the breaks identified.
- Challenge P&L figures recognized by the business, in order to ensure the reliability of economical and accounting data related to Capital Markets activities.
- Ensure the contribution to the BNP Paribas Group Financial statements and Regulatory Reporting.
- Provide assistance in responding to questions from the external auditors, Operations (Middle Offices and Back offices), Front Offices, IT and other support groups.
- Make and lead suggestions to improve operational processes, control framework and team’s efficiency.
- Lead by example, by observing the bank’s policies and procedures, keeping the team members involved in their missions and objectives and assisting them in their duties (training, support and proactive communication).

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Masters in Economics, Finance and Accounting;
- Experience in Accounting and Finance ([5 - 7] years);
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to collaborate/Teamwork;
- Ability to develop others & improve their skills
