FINANCE CAPITAL MARKETS PRODUCTS TEAM MANAGER (JOB NUMBER: 2401GFSO17215)

**About the job**
- The Finance Capital Markets Products Team Manager mission is to measure, control and explain the financial reporting of the Region’s entities, covering a large part of BNP Paribas Business Lines, which encompasses research, structuring, trading and sales of equity, index and fund derivatives. Within the EMEA Finance organization, is also responsible for ensuring an accurate, reliable and comprehensive set of segmented financial data required for the production of all Reporting streams in relation with Capital Markets Business Lines

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Monitor, administrate and supervise the activities of the SMS CMP teams: Organise and monitor the run of the activities on a day-to-day basis; Ensure both control & production processes are performed securely and efficiently, and deliverables are produced in due time; Provide assistance in answering questions from Operations (Middle Offices and Back offices), Front Offices, IT and other support groups; Manage interactions with internal and external auditors at a local/central level, including follow up of recommendations
- Ensure the adequate team representation and contribution in all Transformation and Project initiatives: Maintain a strong level of services according to roles and responsibilities of the teams; Build a strategic relationship with Finance Head Office and ensure a permanent dialogue with all the stakeholders; Support and participate actively in the implementation of the projects impacting the teams; Optimise the resources organisation and people development of the platform to drive transformation and improvements in process, cost and efficiency; Identify weaknesses and address reinforcement actions, achieving any level of optimization/industrialization; Create a strong BNP Paribas and Finance mindset and ensure adhesion to the values of the Bank
- Contribute to the SMS CMP duties in regards to Territory topics
- Participate and contribute in all transversal campaigns from territory: OPC Campaigns, BCM, HR campaigns, such as LFT, Succession Plan, People Review and Job Promotions
- Ensure the Resilience and Code of Conduct is considered in the team by all staff

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- ** **Master’s in Economics, Finance and Accounting
- Experience in Accounting and Finance
- MS OFFICE PACK MICROSOFT EXCEL (Expert)
- English is mandatory (B2 Level minimum), must be capable to maintain fluent conversation
- Availability and customer orientation skills
- Strong analytical mind, problem solving, planning & organization skills.
- Excellent attention to details, Rigor & Accuracy
- Team spirit and at ease with multi-tasking
