**About the position**

Are you fluent in Finnish and passionate about engaging in meaningful conversations? We have an exciting opportunity for you Join us in Lisbon, Portugal, for a hybrid position that blends the best of both worlds. As a Finnish B2B Sales Representative, your primary focus will be reaching out to potential clients through outbound communication. Your mission: understand their needs, facilitate sales discussions, and tailor solutions to meet their requirements. You’ll excel at pitching, refine processes, and become a part of a team that values your skills.

- Product Value: Explain how the products benefit businesses of all sizes and industries.
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers through outbound campaigns.
- Campaign Management: Take charge of campaign planning, pitching, and lead qualification.
- Sales Excellence: Exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
- Client Relations: Engage existing clients, upsell, and offer technical support.

**What do you get?**
- A gross monthly salary of €1,580.
- 2 extra gross monthly salaries per year.
- Bonuses up to €500 per month based on performances.
- Workplace: Hybrid position in Lisbon.
- Reimbursement for your flight ticket to Lisbon after 6 months of work that's up to €400 in economy class.
- The opportunity to live in shared accommodation from the company for €280 a month, which is deducted from your salary (including fees and internet).
- Permanent contract after successfully completing 3 month trial period.
- Private health insurance from day 1.
- 22 vacation days and 14 national holidays annually, with compensation for working on Portuguese national holidays.
- Meal allowance of €7.23 net every working day.

**What is required?**
- Fluency in Finnish and English.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Strong outbound and inbound communication skills.
- You are at least 18 years of age or older.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adaptable, flexible, and reliable team player.
- You have a valid European passport or ID card.
