**Your mission**:
In this role you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our strategic Demand Accelerator initiatives, focusing on the proactive analysis and collaboration with insights to support the innovative growth opportunities across all categories. Your responsibilities encompass accelerating demand in diverse channels, including the dynamic retail sector (Hipers, Supers, Convenience), Traditional Trade (local stores), and the Away From Home segment (hospitality, cinemas, etc.).
**Responsibilities**:
**_ Your day to day with us:_**
- Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to define and set objectives for Perfect Store & Segmentation Projects, ensuring seamless execution and the attainment of anticipated results across shopper insights, shopper marketing, category management, and revenue management.
- Explore and capitalize on identified Shopper & market opportunities through targeted insights and strategic Shopper Marketing initiatives.
- Enhance visibility and impact by managing and optimizing the product range through Category Management.
- Implement dynamic revenue management strategies, including impactful promotions and discounts.
- Drive execution excellence by providing comprehensive training and support to Sales teams, including Key Account Managers and Field representatives. Ensure strategies are executed effectively and report the corresponding results.
- Collaborate on the Perfect Store Agenda by leveraging data and analysis to build valuable insights from both Internal & External sources. Support the preparation of content and scorecards to measure and act on KPIs.
- Conduct insightful analyses to identify opportunities for reducing investment in less profitable actions and pinpoint areas for potential over-investment with customers exhibiting higher growth potential.
Qualifications:
**_ What will you need to succeed?_**
- Proven track record in Trade and/or Shopper Marketing, Category Management, Marketing, Business Analytics, or Sales roles, demonstrating expertise and success in these areas.
- Strong analytical skills, showcasing an ability to dissect complex information and derive meaningful insights.
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks and analyses.
- Fluent in both Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus.
