**PLEASE NOTE BEFORE APPLYING**:

- The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world_
We are looking for an **Assistant Plant Controller VIE** who will provide support to the **Seat Structures Systems Division**, and who will be based in **Sao Joao de Madeira, Portugal.**
The mission will last **12 months [renewable 12 more months.]**
The role of the Assistant of Plant Controller is to support the monitoring of plant’s financial indicators for management control.
**Here are the main responsibilities of this role**:
- Manage sale prices, orders and customer contracts;
- Follow up overheads and scrap and prepare analyses variances;
- Support the preparation of the differents financial reportings and analysis of deviations from the budget and forecast;
- Develop the product costing (margins);
- Cooperate with the diferent departments to guarantee accurate financial data and follow up;
- Analyse and follow-up of customers late payment (overdues);
- Support the plant controller in various tasks for which there is solicitation;
- Management and follow up of vender invoices management
- Participate in Plant FES plan;
- Ensure 5s in workstation;
- Proceed to the actions designated in the emergency plan;
- Perform the function with discipline and accept the responsabilities in accordance with the Politics of the Quality and the Environment and Security and the company's strategic objectives in these areas, making everything to assure the conformity of the products supplied to our customers and to avoid the occurrence of casualties, in respect to itself exactly and the thirds, as well as of material damages and aggression the environment;
- To fulfil and to make to fulfil the rules of security and the politics and procedures of HSE;
- Respect and ensure in his/her daily approach the correct and fully implementation of the Faurecia code of ethics (Respect for fundamental Human Rights, Development of economic and social dialogue, Development of skills, Ethics and rules of business conduct, if necessary reporting infringements to the Code of Ethics);

- Master’s Degree in economics or business management
