**Your Mission**:
The production coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation in workshop. The production support team works closely with various teams such as Quality, Project Managers, engineering, warehouse and crating to identify and resolve issues that arise during the production phase.
The primary responsibilities of the production support team include:
Monitoring: The team monitors the performance, availability, and security of production system.
Incident Management: When an issue occurs, the production support team is responsible for managing the incident, including identifying the issue, diagnosing the root cause, and resolving it as quickly as possible.
Problem Management: The team works to identify recurring issues, determine root causes, and implement long-term solutions to prevent future incidents.
Change Management: The production support team works closely with development and deployment teams to ensure that changes to production systems are thoroughly tested, documented, and implemented with mínimal disruption.
Continuous Improvement: The team identifies opportunities to improve production systems' performance, reliability, and efficiency through proactive monitoring, automation, and other strategies.
