Jouw verantwoordelijkheden en impact als Customer Experience Agent zullen zijn: Het ondersteunen van de vragen van klanten door service van te verlenen aan hun klanten terwijl je werkt aan keuzes van projecten van wereldwijde topmerken door;
\- Het snel beantwoorden van inkomende vragen van klanten
- Problemen te identificeren en effectieve oplossingen te bieden om klanttevredenheid te garanderen
\- Klantgegevens nauwkeurig te registreren in het CRM-systeem
\- Waar nodig ad-hoc ondersteuning te bieden
\- Een teamspeler te zijn en samen te werken voor het succes van het team en het project.
Vaardigheden, kwalificaties en interesses die je nodig hebt om te slagen in deze functie:
\- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederelands en je hebt mínimaal B2-niveau Engels.
\- Je begrijpt de waarde en impact van een fijne klantervaring.
\- Uitstekende luister

\- Woonachtig in Lissabon of bereid om naar Lissabon te verhuizen voor een internationale carrière en levenservaring
\- Een geldige Portugese werkvergunning (vereist)Wat zit er voor jou in?
**\- Jouw contract**: een langdurig contract voor bepaalde tijd, elk jaar verlengbaar
- Werktijden: voltijds (40u/week)
\- Maandag tot vrijdag, beschikbaarheid om te werken tussen 7 uur 's ochtends en 22 uur 's avonds, 8 uur per dag (plus een uur voor lunch/diner), volgens een roulerend rooster.

**Salarisvoorwaarden (\*) - 2 opties**:
Inclusief gratis accommodatie (gedeelde flat, alle rekeningen inbegrepen): 950€ bruto/maand
**Zonder accommodatie**: 1250€ bruto/maand
**Voor internationale kandidaten**:
\- Terugbetaling van jouw vluchtkosten na 9 maanden
\- Ophalen van luchthaven
\- Jaarlijks vliegticket heen en terug naar je eigen land (binnen de EU)
\- Hulp bij papierwerk, openen bankrekening, etc. bij aankomst
\- Gratis Portugese lessen, kooklessen, sportactiviteiten en sociale evenementen georganiseerd door het bedrijf
\- Echte carrièremogelijkheden in verschillende carrièrepaden
(\*) Compensatie tijdens trainingsperiode indien succesvol (van 1 tot 4 weken): 50% van uw uurloon (lagere belastingen)
