**ABOUT THE JOB**- Ensure that employee data is accurate and up to date in the HR systems-
- Participate in process improvement activities and propose initiatives for smooth document handling and information gathering-
- Support People Services globalization initiatives and ensure best practise with international colleagues-
- Support digitalisation and automation of HR administrative processes**ABOUT YOU**- You have previous experience in an administrative position-
- You have excellent PC skills - PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft Office-
- You are an individual with a highly organised and pragmatic approach with a good attention to detail and the ability to deliver to set deadlines and analytical skills-
- You are able to analyse and process large amount of data-
- You are capable of maintaining confidentiality in line with best practice HR-
- You are a proactive problem solver-
- A desire to embrace and drive change whilst identifying and supporting process improvements and efficiencies-
- Happy to work both collaboratively as part of a team and completely autonomously using initiative where required-
- Excellent communication skills-
