An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join JLL’s Finance Team. The Accounts Payable Specialist will assist the Finance Manager with operational activities in accounting and finance.

**What this job involves**:

- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc..
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Follow the payment process with JBS team and ensuring payment is received;
- Responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance;
- Preparing analyses of suppliers accounts and producing monthly reports;
- Continuing to improve the payment process with shared services;
- Follow business transactions and also the process invoices made by JBS shared service and verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records, and provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization
- Clarify with business line any questionable invoice items, prices or receiving signatures
- Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files
- Prepare vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amounts and coding per accounting policies and procedures
- Reconcile bank statements.
