**The project**:
Present in 19 countries, our client is one of the most prestigious institutions in the banking sector, with an impeccable track record of good customer relations and extensive market experience. This organization works vigorously to provide consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with a broad range of financial services and products.

**The job**:
Together with your colleagues, you will be ensuring a competent and friendly customer service experience via phone, in Ukrainian and in English.

**Part of your daily activities will be**:

- Support Customers
- Provide clear information about products and services;
- Provide clear information about products and services;
- Deliver a positive attitude towards the brand;
- Provide top-class interactions and customer service in rotating shifts.

**Requirements**:

- Communication Skills
- Fluent or native Ukrainian
- At least a B2 English

**Working hours**:
40 Hours per week on a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Friday, 07:00am to 05:00pm.

**Rotating shifts**:
You will be assigned for a daily working time of 8 hours with an additional hour lunch break. You will be informed in advance about the working schedule.
