**About the job**

The Business Management Trainee supports the teams in a number of transversal topics such as HR, Facilities, Communication or community management. They provide support to the various teams in a wide variety of tasks requiring transversal coordination or consolidation. Topics may include analysis and elaboration of various reports and presentations used by Management

**Your Main Activities Are**

Support the Team of the scope on their daily activities or projects

Support to the deliverables and processes on Finance, HR, Operational Permanent Control, Business Continuity, Management, and other related to the management of a department within BNP Paribas

Develop and own data models, for example in Excel, SharePoint, among others, with the purpose of consolidating data, analysing them and reporting them in a structured and articulated way to support and inform business decisions. Contribute to the development or maintenance of new data models in a large range of activities, such as budget monitoring, space management, monitoring of the recruitment, results of internal surveys, among others

Support in preparing workshops or meetings with internal clients

Support in managing the internal communities, with the organization of events, management of internal sites, sharing of information via mailing list

**Profile and Skills to Success**

Bachelor degree

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Fluent in English

Ability to collaborate/Teamwork

Communication skills - oral & written

Attention to detail/rigor

Organisational skills

Proactivity

Active listening
