- Investment Banking Lisbon is currently looking for a Business Management Trainee to join the team

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Generally assisting the Head of Investment Banking Lisbon in daily management and team’s support activities
- Onboarding of new team members (access requests; welcome pack; organize and assign trainings, among others)
- IT tools/databases management
- Liaison with HR teams for recruitment and other related topics
- Production of regular Key Performance Indicators
- Presentation support documents
- Communication materials to the team
- Finance and budget support
- Support on daily requests from the team members
- Supporting Head of IBL on specific requests from Functions (OPC; Audit; Compliance; BCP)

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Management, Marketing or Engineering areas
- Great English Communication Skills
- Distinctive written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Process oriented
- Ability to deliver / results driven
- Analytical mindset

- Investment Banking Lisbon, part of Corporate & Institutional Banking EMEA, is a transversal and multi-skilled team supporting the origination and execution of event driven transactions and strategic solutions provided by BNP Paribas
