BUSINESS MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (JOB NUMBER: 2308GMFOS16032)

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Support Corporate & Institutional Sales COOs: project management, minutes & action follow up, slide prep, regulatory topics support, userguide & IT testing, and headcount monitoring
- Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis: Using key tools and systems (Tableau, Excel, PowerBI, etc.) to build useful insight and identify key trends and patterns for problem solving and investigations. Articulate detailed analysis in a coherent and concise way for different level of management and Functions to digest through PowerPoint and other tools
- Performance / Management Indicators: Monitor business activity, client and market dynamics impacting our franchise (e.g. clients investing in new areas, major people moves) as well as costs and flag areas of focus to sales management team. Define, monitor and maintain the Institutional Sales Management dashboards, KPIs, MIS (eg. CV, EV, headcount, client coverage, sales intensity, client profitability, hit ratios, share of wallet, gaps etc) required to monitor client activity and drive strategy/vision
- Support M360: keeping track of headcount updates, MiFID II research in/out scope checks, MiFID II research 1:1 control, MSC & PN country review control, research admin requests / MiFID flags, external aggregator checks
- Cross-Asset support: report preparation (incl. senior mgt), Team Selling support, Country Policy updates for CRDS, Trust KYC support, PR/DR support (minutes & follow-up), Reg IM support (breach monitoring), KYC recertification & monitoring of overdues
- Collate and prepare material and for key presentations to be used in various forums (Institutional Sales ExCos (+ minutes), M360 MIS & Institutional Sales MIS). Support the Sales COO function in coordinating and implementing key forums/frameworks for internal governance - representing Institutional & Corporate Sales when relevant
- Communication: provide dynamic and innovative content for key communications to very large audiences i.e. from the Heads of Institutional & Corporate Sales on various topics. Contribute to maintain the GM Institutional Sales & M360 SharePoint Sites
- Build and maintain Strong and Collaborative Partnership & Engagement with the different stakeholders

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor Degree in Management or Finance
- Interpersonal skills, to establish strong relationship with management (Head of Business, Head of Trading/Sales Desk, Senior Sales/Traders)
- Strong self-organization and multi-tasking capacity, with strong attention to detail
- Handles information, recognises links, identifies trends, similarities or differences, translates the information into relevant analyses and interprets them to establish a diagnostic
- Ability to identify the root causes of a problem, interpret available data and identify various conclusions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong sense of personal accountability, drive for results and delivers high-quality work
- Ability to work well under pressure and always with a professional attitude, with the highest ethical standards
