Business Management Trainee

**About the job**
- The RPH Business Management Trainee supports in the management of RISK Portugal Hub teams, in all topics requiring transversal coordination or consolidation of information such as, for example, Finance, HR, Facilities, or Community Management
- The trainee provides support to management processes, such as: planning and/or monitoring the execution of any type of activity, such as a project or a process, being accountable for a wide variety of tasks requiring transversal coordination or consolidation and impacting the business
- Topics may include analysis and elaboration of various reports and presentations used by Top Management in decision-making process and focusing on continuous improvement

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Support the RPH Chief of Staff & COO in the daily activities or projects
- Perform research and actively support ongoing transversal projects and initiatives
- Support to the deliverables and processes on Finance, HR, Facilities, Operational Permanent Control, Business Continuity, internal Governance, and other related to the management of BNP Paribas Risk Portugal Hub
- Develop and own data files, for example in Excel, Power BI, with the purpose of organizing, consolidating and reporting information in a structured and automatized way, to support business monitoring and decision-taken
- Support in preparing workshops or internal meetings, organizing the logistics, preparing the presentations and ensuring the minutes
- Support in managing the internal communities, with the organization of events, management of internal sharepoints, sharing of information via mailing list
- Support to maintain the knowledge management and audit trail processes
- Support in the yearly budget process and in following-up the invoicing process
- Support in the management of the portfolio of projects or Continuous improvement initiatives

**Profile** and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related
- Advanced level of English, both written and oral
- Knowledge in
- MS Office Pack (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Python & Power BI, or equivalent
- Attention to detail / rigor
- Ability to deliver / results driven
- Ability to collaborate / teamwork
- Analytical ability
- Client focused
- Organisational skills
