**Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who has already spent years in the topic area of Identity & Access Management and understands the criticality of the same in a corporate environment.

**The Role**:
Be a Scrum Master and drive our IAM strategy towards corporate success. As SAP runs SAP you will be responsible for our IAM Services and using new SAP product features as one of the very first customers in a timely manner and by enabling your team to improve day by day. Meet all other Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches and Release Train Engineer regularly and discuss the Health Status and progress of our Value Stream.
- We are looking for a Scrum Master in the IAM area who will be part of our L3 (Level 3) IAM Business Services Operations Team
- Within your capacity, you will also be supporting the team in the delivery itself, keeping the focus on your Scrum Master role
- Drive escalations with respective IT & business stakeholders across the company
- Solve impediments and blockers of your team and ensure dependencies are resolved in a timely manner
- Work with key stakeholders across the company to ensure successful product releases
- Be a pro-active participant of our SAFe ceremonies

**What you bring**:

- Understanding of Agile Enterprise IT organizations and IAM
- Experience with GDPR and technical interfaces like SCIM, REST, JDBC, SOAP and RFC
- Experienced in modern code maintenance technologies like Git and Jenkins and IT Product Infrastructure (Server setup, Databases and Interfaces)
- Has had first touch points in 1on1 syncs with team members in the context of agile team coordination
- 5+ years work experience as a Scrum Master within distributed team(s)
- Excellent language skills (written & verbal) in English.
