**German-speaking customer advisor for the Samsung smartphone service (M/F)**

**The opportunity**:

**Your Role**:
Great companies come from great people. As a customer care advisor for the Samsung smartphone service, you will assist customers of the best-known technology brand. Questions about functions and technical advice will be your main task.

**This in your new job at Samsung Portugal if**:

**Your day-to-day at work**:

- Provide German-speaking inbound customer service to Samsung clients
- Create an excellent customer experience with every contact
- Advise customers on technical questions and features of the products, such as smartphones, tablets and smart watches
- Explain repair options or alternatives to repairs
- Deal with customer inquiries and find friendly solutions
