**Description**:
BiG is organizing the fourth edition of the Fintech Academy. It is a way of shortening the distance between established companies and startups. The Fintech Academy is a summer internship aimed at bringing the best practices from leading Fintech players to the digital transformation of the banking sector by cooperating with these companies.

The program has the duration of one month (between the 1st of July and the 26th of July) and the participants will work in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural team. The program has three components:

- Active work on the digital transformation effort;
- Direct work with banking transformation;
- Lectures and workshops about new Fintech trends.
