**About the job**

The internship will take place in Lisbon, at the premises of BNP Paribas Securities Services CTO Lisbon, within the Middle Office teams dedicated to France Titrisation and with the support of the modelling teams posted in Lisbon and in contact with the IT project teams dedicated to the Odyssey Of Tomorrow redesign project

The objective of the Internship is to establish the migration process on economic and statistic historic data between the current system and the redesignated one dedicated to the management of Alternative Investment and Securitization funds. Main gals are:

- Identify the scope and source of the data to migrate- Analyze the different mean for the migration with costs, risks, and adequate controlsThe Modeling team to which you are attached is composed of 5 people who work on the launch of new funds, support the Front and Middle teams of France Titrisation and explain the needs to the Business Analyst of IT teams. France Titrisation is a portfolio management company subsidiary of BNP Paribas. Specializing in the management of Alternative Debt Investment Funds and structured securitization products, the Company is a leader in its field with more than Ƭ150 billion in assets under management in France (fig. 31/12/2023)

France Titrisation has 30 people based in Paris plus 20 people based in Portugal

**Your Main Activities Are**

Through the analysis of the existing system, operational practices and fund regulations, the intern must finalize the definition of the migration process and its various stages and control points that will be applied to the entire eligible scope. It implies to:

- Identify the axes of factorization and standardization of data processing in the target system- Establish the strategies for automatic and/or manual recovery of the data and algorithms necessary for the processing of funds- Create the necessary controls for the validation of the migration by fund- Conduct the migration of identified pilots to validate the strategyThe intern can contribute to real-life cases of data manipulation using internal tools

Academic knowledge of the operating principles of Alternative Investment Funds or Securitisation would be appreciated

Your experience and involvement will allow you to develop an in-depth knowledge of alternative financing across several asset classes and securitisation, as well as a cross-functional vision of the activity of a Portfolio Management Company

This experience combines functional technicality, an understanding of data universes and experience within a large-scale information system development project carried out between Paris and Lisbon

**Profile and Skills to Success**

Bachelor’s in Finance, Banking or Business Management

Advanced level of English and French

Ability to collaborate / teamwork

Critical thinking

Attention to detail / rigor

Ability to synthetise / simplify

Ability to develop and adapt a process

Skills in Office pack (namely Excel)
