**Marketing Trainee (Immunology & Hematology)**:
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, other areas of Health, Management or Marketing;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word);
- Knowledge of Design tools will be valued;
- Fluency in English, written and spoken;
- Creativity, good time management, ability to set deadlines and priorities;
- Ease of interpersonal relationships, good communication skills, team spirit, initiative/proactivity and ability to work at a demanding pace in a dynamic and _cross-functional environment_.
Key Development Areas:
- Possibility of working in a multinational context, with a good working environment, in one of the main companies in the sector, solid and dynamic that will be a milestone for the beginning of professional life.
- Development in 2 therapeutic areas (Immunology and hematology).
- Preparation of scientific materials to support the medical visit in coordination with the medical department.
- Support in the operationalization of the brand's strategy with the sales force;
- Monitoring the development of promotional actions, using the various communication channels following an _omnichannel strategy. _Communication with suppliers and organization of events.
- Analysis and interpretation of market data, as well as support for the creation of action plans based on the _insights_ collected.
- Preparation of presentations on various topics. Support to budget management. Participation in the elaboration of the brand's strategic lines, through support in the elaboration of Brand Plans.
- Teamwork with collaborative actions with other departments and other business areas.
