**What you'll do**:

- You are responsible for the growth of the Wholesale market at Emma
- You will lead a team that continuously optimizes our business and develops new initiatives to help fuel growth for Emma and for our partners
- You will be accountable for the business growth ambitions and performance, both sell-in and sell-out
- You will identify synergies and closely work with the Country Teams to ensure the best omnichannel approach for the market
- You will screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials
- You will work in an international environment and will need to align your strategy with different teams and stakeholders such as Country Teams, Operations and Offline Marketing.

**This is what you'll bring to us**:

- You have experience in Key Account Management
- You have managed directly a team, and developing them towards their growth.
- You have a true entrepreneurial mindset, and you are ready to work independently with strong responsibilities
- You are pragmatic with a strong analytical mind and have an affinity for numbers
- You are fluent English and Dutch is a plus
