**Vision**:
Service & Project Portfolio actively manages a transparent, lean and agile IT portfolio and forms the foundation for the continuous transformation of the IT landscape. Continuous refinement with new digital products and innovative services from the IT Value Centers.
**Mission**:
With transparency we help analyze the IT portfolio status quo and determine necessary developments / optimization to support strategic direction. Further we provide the basis for taking informed investment decisions and prioritization of related projects.

o Acting as a quality gate for often concurring change requests from a growing number of stakeholders from strategy, architecture, cybersecurity, asset management, finance and external partners, carefully considering impacts at global enterprise scale,
o Handling demands addressing the whole lifecycle, including communication with customers, the (external) development team and other stakeholders,
o Coordinating and moderating change control board sessions,
o Seizing opportunities to improve the landscape continuously and sustainably, also by taking an active role in incident management,
o Ensuring availability, use and maintenance of appropriate user support and training materials.
o Taking part in global practices enabling a data-driven enterprise,
o Providing data-driven insights that support IT’s business-outcome orientation,
o Driving the adoption of IT portfolio data.

- You understand the vital role of IT portfolio management in supporting business with insights how to drive digital business outcome effectively and efficiently.
- You have a growing understanding of how an optimized IT portfolio can enable business to achieve their goals: driving revenue, maximizing customer value and experience, optimizing margin by optimizing IT cost and decreasing risk exposure
- You are driven by a passion for digital, agile and enabling others.
- You know how to use data visualization tools (e.g. Microsoft PowerBI) to generate purposeful insights.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and end-to-end perspective that allows you to focus on outcome while engaging in a complex environment.
- You have the necessary skills for managing multiple stakeholders (often via communities) and balancing out their interests in the interest of our enterprise.
