Job purpose

Duties and responsibilities
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition;
- Manage end-to-end content production process from ideation to publication, ensuring all content is delivered on time and aligns with brand guidelines;
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and sales to develop integrated marketing campaigns that support business objectives;
- Liaise with PR companies to review/edit content produced by them (surveys, articles, PR) and provide input on strategy;
- Manage workload and delivery of 1 direct report: Integrated Marketing Specialist, SEO & PR agencies and freelance writer.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance and user engagement metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing, SEO, and SaaS to drive innovation and competitive advantage;
- Manage relationships with external vendors and freelancers as needed for content creation and distribution;
- Monitor and report on KPIs and ROI to track the effectiveness of content marketing efforts and inform future strategies.
- Acquire and maintain a well rounded understanding of beqom’s products, customers and target audience, and plan content accordingly

Profile we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field;
- Proven experience in content marketing, with a focus on SaaS or technology industry preferred;
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences;
- Proficiency in SEO tools and techniques, with the ability to conduct keyword research, optimize content, and track performance;
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms;
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Experience with compensation management, HR technology, or related fields is a plus;
- Fluent in English, additional language (French or German) is a plus.
