Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem/r Content & Social Media Marketing Manager (m/w/d). Sie übernehmen die kreative Konzeption von Content und Social Media Strategien und sind für die Erstellung von Texten, Betreuung von Social Media Accounts und Paid Social Kampagnen zuständig.

Als Content & Social Media Marketing Manager (m/w/d) haben Sie die Wahl aus unserem Büro in Sindelfingen, Lissabon oder remote von zu Hause aus zu arbeiten. Eine Hybridlösung aus beidem ist ebenfalls möglich

**Welche Aufgaben übernehmen Sie als **Content & Social Media Marketing Manager (m/w/d)**?**
- Eigenständige Verantwortung von Content und Social Media Marketing Projekten
- Auf-/Ausbau der Social Media Präsenz unserer Kunden mit dem Ziel der Markenbekanntheit, Engagement und Kundengewinnung
- Identifizierung von passenden Social Media Kanälen und Konzeptionierung von Content
- und Paid Ads-Kampagnen
- Eigenständige Planung und Erstellung von Texten und Bildern für diverse Social Media-Kanäle (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- Verfassen von SEO-optimierten Blogbeiträgen
- Betreuung der Social Media Kanälen in Abstimmung mit unseren Kunden
- Umsetzung von Community Management und Kooperationen mit Influencern und Markenpartnern
- Erstellung, Steuerung, Analyse und Optimierung von Kampagnen auf relevanten Kanälen wie Meta Ads und LinkedIn Ads
- Analyse und Reporting von KPIs, Entwicklung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
- Beratung von Kunden zum Content/Social Media Marketing beispielsweise durch Workshops oder Reporting-Calls

**Was ist erforderlich, um als **Content & Social Media Marketing Manager (m/w/d) **erfolgreich zu sein?**
- Erfahrung im Content/Social Media Marketing, optimalerweise im SEO, Organic oder Paid Social Bereich
- Kreativität, Spaß am Copywriting und Gespür für gutes Design sowie Trends
- Analytisches Denken und technisches Grundverständnis
- Spaß an der Arbeit im Team und Lust, sich mit uns gemeinsam weiterzuentwickeln
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Initiative, strategische Fähigkeiten
- Bereitschaft zu Verantwortungsübernahme
- Fließende Deutsch
- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Gewünscht: Erfahrung mit Social Media Kanälen wie z.B. Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram und den entsprechenden Anzeigenmanagern
