**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
**Essential Qualifications/Experience:
- Graduate of at least two of the following NCI Academy courses:
ü A0254 LOGFAS Fundamentals and Data Operator course
ü A0222 LOGFAS Operational Movement Planning course
ü A0223 LOGFAS Movement Execution and Coordination course
ü A0224 LOGFAS Strategic Deployment and Movement Planning course
ü A0253 LOGFAS Sustainment Planning and Distribution course
**Desirable Qualifications/Experience**:
- A0970 CIS Technical Instructor Course
- Knowledge and experience of NATO Logistics
- NATO Experience in providing training to both non-technical personnel and technical specialists. (A national qualification, 'competency' or certification in teaching or instructional techniques for IT)
**DUTIES/ROLE**:
- Undertake operational deployments and/or TDY assignments both within and outside of NATO's boundaries
- Provide support to other courses with LOGFAS related lessons, as required
- Prepare and maintain the training environment
- Propose changes to the planned lessons and/or courses to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the training provided, and implement these changes in conjunction with other instructors with Lead Instructor approval
- Participates in relevant training events (exercises, courses, seminars, conferences) that will be required to maintain the required level of competence and knowledge
- Maintain a high level of expertise in the areas above and stays abreast of related best practise
- Deputize for higher-grade staff, if required
- Perform a similar range of duties within the organisation at the same grade with or without there being any change to the contract
