Executes the AP key controls in a thorough manner and secures required approval in writing for any exception/deviation

Ensures compliance of company expenses to applicable policies and tax requirements

Daily interaction with the various financial departments within Unit4 and the business;
Monitors outstanding open invoices and conducts regular clean-up as needed

**Qualifications**:
Should be able to work in collaboration with other team members

Should have good communication skills (read, write and speak)

Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic

Should have Basic knowledge in accounting

Should have 1-2 years of experience in AP

Basic computer knowledge with MS-Office, Outlook and browsing skills
