Accountant Job Description

Verisure, a leading provider of professionally monitored alarms for residential households and small businesses in Europe & LatAm, is seeking a talented and innovative Accountant to join its Shared Services Center Team.

Responsibilities
  • Cost analysis and management
  • Accruals and Reconciliations
  • Fixed assets management
  • Preparation of HFM and Oracle reports
  • Point of Contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Review and assurance of proper classification of cost center and accounts on Journal Entries
  • Weekly and Month-end closing procedures, including Reconciliation report
  • Assistance to manager and peers on daily activity
  • Performing ad hoc Accounts Payable and Procurement duties as required
  • Collaboration with local finance specialists to ensure adherence to local legislation
Requirements
  • Education degree in Finance / Economics / Accounting / Business with deep understanding of Accounting and financial concepts
  • Strong interest for Accounting
  • Experienced professional with approx. 5 yrs track-record within Accounting in an international environment
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
