**Your Tasks**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential B2B customers (henceforth Partner Clinics)
- Meet with industry professionals to negotiate and conclude close collaboration agreements, highlighting the benefits of being part of the DR SMILE network of clinics.
- Build a close relationship with new Partner Clinics whilst being responsible for overseeing the existing portfolio of Partner Clinics in Portugal.
- Manage a team of Smile Travelers supported by the HR department (holidays, absences, recruitments, trainings, etc.)
- Travel to different areas of Portugal on a weekly basis, managing the clinics located in the Lisbon and Porto area.
- Monitor the KPIs of the Partner Clinics portfolio, proposing improvements to achieve the agreed objectives.

**Your Skills**:

- Degree in Business Administration and Management and/or similar.
- Experience in B2B sales, as well as the ability to build and maintain business relationships with the Partner Clinic network.
- Be comfortable with different sales techniques, be organised and have a goal-oriented attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability.
- Availability to travel.
- Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
