PAYMENTS SUPERVISOR (JOB NUMBER: 2306GSS15255)

**About the job**
- The Supervisor will support the Team Leader in the operational managing of the transversal activity in the Payments and Bank Reconciliation team in Lisbon and the main activities will be some of the following: performing payments of supplier’s invoices, registering payments, control the payment incidents
- The team is responsible for executing the following activities: generate and control payment proposals; perform payment reconciliation with invoices and bank statements including exception handling; perform Bank Reconciliations; and perform controls in line with corporate procedures and control plan

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Follow-up the team’s planning and workload plan
- Manage and assist the team members on their day-to-day activity process end to end in detail to be able to give all the suppormbers
- Contribute to the resolution of blocking points
- Assist the Management on the preparation of reporting documents
- Participate in meetings with the management and / or costumers when needed
- Participate and support on any Projects that may arise

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- University degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, Business Management or other related field
- Significant professional experience in a similar role with team management (direct hierarchical responsibility)
- Relevant experience as accounting officer or in a similar role
- Fluent in English (minimum B2 Level, CECRL certificate)
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with flexible schedules and with international locations
- Organizational skills and good attention to detail
- Ability to synthetize and to give feedbacks to peers
- Strong team spirit
- Good communication skills (spoken & written), proactive attitude and problem solving
