Quota and Compensation Analyst

This role is essential to support the business providing clear and accurate information to assist business unit decision-making and the monitoring the compensation plan to drive the sales efficiency. The role holder is responsible for analyse of metrics, designing reports and communicate the results, quota setting, territory management, commission calculation and sales efficiency analysis and advice.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design business analysis and data recording systems for use throughout the business units
- Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
- Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout
- Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports
- Create business reports that provide insight into key data points
- Work with Sales Admin and to ensure sales data are accurately captured in reporting
- Support various departments, including sales and marketing, in reaching their goals through analysis
- Monitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends
- Calculation of sales commission, quota deployment and analyse the current compensation process, seek process improvements and efficiencies to drive organizational and Sales results
