Procurement Assistant

Our **Procurement Department** is looking for a **Procurement Assistant**, who will have the following responsibilities:

- Handle requests for information, quotations, and proposals;
- Support the negotiation with suppliers to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives;
- Work with the Operations Managers overseas to guarantee the best subcontractor services for all portfolios to improve and optimize the external service costs;
- Documents performance to action plans and timelines for assigned sourcing projects;
- Support the evaluation of current and potential suppliers in coordination with QSE Department;
- Worldwide support for all O&M Sales and O&M Managers and new prospection countries;
- Building relationships with suppliers/subcontractors and company’s solar organization;
- Support the collaboration with stakeholders to align and drive negotiation of contracts;
- RFQ for new subcontractors.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in fields of Supply Chain, Engineering or Management;
- Experience in procurement, sourcing, and logistics (preferred);
- Excellent MS Office domain;
- English fluency is mandatory (French would be a plus).
