**Current opportunity**: Global Metrics Manager

**Location**:Portugal Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid or Remote depending on your proximity to our Lisbon office.

**Full-Time/Part-Time**: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

**What you will do**:
Workplace Options has an exciting opportunity for Global Training Solutions Metrics manager. The Manager is responsible for efficient and effective systems and processes, data collection, tracking and department reporting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify key metrics that will support recommendations of action on various aspects of the business.
- Support for the monthly GLS invoicing/billing process.
- Produce monthly expense reports on ratio of expense to revenue.
- Liaise with WPO Finance on GLS expense projections and invoice processing.
- Assist in working up financial models for projections/forecasting.
- Work closely with Senior teams on managing partner expenses to stay within profit margins.
- Work closely with departments to identify and resolve areas for efficiency enhancement.
- Market research into competitor pricing trends.
- Support decision making and management of GLS providers & Partners
- Production of monthly reports on GLS performance, utilisation, SLAs, and the necessary ad hoc reports.
- To be accountable for the accuracy of data and reports, the timelines for submission
- To be always informative throughout the process on key trends
- To assist in managing the key personnel within the team and outside the team accountable for any part in the success of the metrics operations

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Analytical skills & experience dealing with large data sources.
- Strong background in statistics and analytic techniques.
- Exceptional organisational and logical skills.
- Must have the ability to handle complex data using advanced excel skills.
- Ability to communicate data.
- Solution oriented outlook, formulating ideas and questions current processes.
- Ability to negotiate and influence to promote, recommend and implement new ideas.
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a deadline driven high-pressure environment (especially at the beginning of each month)
- Flexible schedule a must
