We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Junior SEO Specialist** to join our team.
As a Junior SEO Specialist, **you will support the SEO team** in implementing optimization strategies to improve our website's visibility, drive organic traffic, and enhance search engine rankings. You will assist in conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing on-page and off-page optimization techniques. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about digital marketing and eager to develop their skills in SEO.
- Responsibilities:_
- Assist in conducting keyword research to identify relevant and high-value target keywords and phrases.
- Support the optimization of website content for improved search engine visibility and user experience.
- Help implement on-page optimization strategies, including meta tags, headers, URLs, and internal linking.
- Assist in developing and implementing off-page optimization techniques, such as link building and content promotion.
- Support the management and optimization of SEO campaigns, including social media strategies and content marketing.
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, and assist in analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
- Assist in conducting website audits to identify technical SEO issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in search engine algorithms, and share relevant insights with the team.
- Support the tracking and reporting of key SEO metrics, such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
- Requirements:_
- **Good knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices is a must.**:
- Some experience or internship in digital marketing, SEO, or related areas is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO tools and analytics platforms is a plus (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SemRush).
- Basic understanding of Wordpress and website development processes.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and assist in making data-driven decisions.
- Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and develop skills in SEO.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities, with a willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
