- Drive effective allocation and alignment between 12 tower managers and product owners;
- Build and manage effective scorecard reporting with cost transparency by service squad and chapter/tower;
- Manage and monitor appropriate KPIs;
- Track measures of cost optimization program;
- Manage service recharging: service contracts, budgets, finops;
- Establish a proactive and simple cost allocation process that includes the demonstration of the IT business value.

- A relevant degree in computer science, engineering, finance or comparable;
