Tech Recruitment Sales Specialist

Damia Portugal is now looking for a Tech Recruitment Sales Specialist to focus on increasing our scope of clients on both RPO & Perm businesses.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service;
- Use outbound methods to reach out to customers and boost the sales pipeline;
- Build strong client relationships, through regular communication;
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines;
- Develop sales strategies and, using a CRM, track the progress of the sales stages and report;
- Communicate product and pricing details clearly;
- Suggest company services that maximize client satisfaction;
- Follow other companies policies and procedures;
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support;
- Contribute with new ideas and new procedures;
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.

**What we are looking for**:

- Proved sales experience within the IT Market for at least 1 year;
- Knows the Portuguese IT market and is curious to explore EMEA opportunities;
- Is autonomous and self-motivated likes guidance but doesn’t need/want handholding.;
- Someone pragmatic, that is able to thread the lines between shipping and perfection;
- You are an experienced person in stakeholder management;
- You speak English pretty well (when you are sober).
