Our client is a well-known multinational French company that provides information systems and services to aerospace, defense and security industries.

To reinforce their team in Lisbon, we are currently recruiting an **Accounts Receivable**(M/F) fluent in English and Portuguese.

As an Accounts Receivable, you will be integrating the Order-to-Cash (O2C) team, thus having the exposure, and understanding of the O2C (Order to Cash) end-to-end process/full cycle. Among your **main responsibilities**, you will be:

- Responsible for the Order to Cash processing, including sales order entry, delivery creation, and invoicing;
- Responsible of monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable;
- Working closely with customers and internal departments to resolve order and/or inventory issues;
- Generating and maintaining confidential information, and administering company policy and procedures;
- Working towards and contributing to the achievement of team and business unit goals;
- Responsible for the administration and general office duties involving, typing, and record and file maintenance, documentation creation;
- Encouraged to add value by suggesting innovative solutions.

**What do you need to have?**
- Full proficiency in English and Portuguese;
- Graduated in Accounting, Management, Economics (or in a similar area);
- Work experience in a complex matrix organization with multiple customers;
- Good knowledge of O2C processes acquired in an international company;
- You have a good sense of relationship and strong interpersonal qualities (to be able to manage relationships with different cultures within units);
- You are able to show a good organizational skills and communication is not a problem for you;
- Good Microsoft Office & use of IT tools.
