**POSITION SPECIFICATION**

Market Research Telephone Interviewer - English/Portuguese speaker

Outbound experience finance industry cold calls (no customer service)

**ROLE SUMMARY/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Not limited to the below)**

Main responsibilities include:

- Arrange and conduct interviews with executives and decision makers in Finance, Business sectors.
- Represent Integral Research and our clients to top executives, demonstrating high levels of ability, knowledge, and integrity.
- Build and nurture relationships through in-person and telephone interviews. - Collect data through conversations and questionnaires. Input data into Integral Research Confirmit platform.
- Contribute to research and insights through the data gathering and relationship building process.

**SKILLS/EXPERIENCES**
- English/Portuguese fluent.
- Outbound experience for a finance studies.
- Demonstrates solid business judgment and the ability to think and act independently.
- Able to manage a portfolio and return the desired results within the allotted timeframe.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and capable in Microsoft Office.
- Outstanding organizational, persuasive, and time-management skills.
- Tenacity and perseverance towards achieving project goals/targets.
- Team player and excellent phone manner.

Pay: 13.00€ per hour
