We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included.

You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

**About the project**:
You will be providing services for a video gaming brand that consists of five home video game consoles, two handhelds, a media center, and a smartphone, as well as an online service and multiple magazines.

**Your tasks**:

- Customer advice by telephone, email and chat;
- Help customers with payment issues;
- Support for using products, installing and synchronizing software and devices;
- Effective assistance and advice when purchasing products.

**What you need**:

- Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian(must be at least C1)
- Good English (at least B2)
- Need to have gaming experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

**What we offer**:

- Full time contract with Portuguese employer
- Salary without accommodation: 1227 euros gross / month
- Salary with accommodation (discounted accommodation provided by the company in Lisbon) : 1040 euros gross / month
- Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer

**CONTRACT**:

Initial contract with a duration of 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal)
Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).
