- **Your Role as HR Data & Administrative Specialist**:_

Are you ready to start your career in a dynamic and innovative environment? We’re looking for an HR Data & Administrative Specialist to join our team and contribute to impactful HR initiatives.
- **Your Impact**_

As part of our HR team, you will:

- Analyze and report HR data to support informed decision-making;
- Develop dashboards, metrics, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to deliver actionable insights;
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline HR operations;
- Ensure the accuracy and timely maintenance of HR system data, supporting audits and reporting requests;
- Provide administrative support for recruitment, training, and employee management processes;
- Collaborate on projects to optimize HR workflows and improve team efficiency.
- **Who We’re Looking For**_

To succeed in this role, you bring:

- A Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field;
- A strong interest in HR analytics and operational excellence;
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken);
- Advanced Excel skills (mandatory); experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail;
- The ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively in a dynamic environment;
- Eligibility for the IEFP Professional Internship Program (Ativar.PT).
