To propel business growth, we are hiring a Senior International Recruiter for our Talent Acquisition team. This is a permanent, full-time contract with a focus on hiring senior Sales profiles, as well as involvement in various other roles, including IT and Finance across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive recruitment processes from start to finish, managing the full recruitment cycle in collaboration with the business and hiring managers, including job postings, sourcing, pre-screening, technical assessments, and offer creation, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Focus on senior sales recruitment while also working on a wide range of profiles, including IT.
  • Promote the company to candidates and future potential candidates.
  • Partner with the business, hiring managers, and local HR teams.
  • Develop and monitor recruitment KPIs, maintain updated files and databases.
  • Built and maintain a pipeline of potential interesting candidates.
  • Design and execute specific talent strategies based on market data, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to attract top talent.
  • Ensure candidates receive a world-class experience.
  • Collaborate closely with a broader HR community in cross-functional projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or Management.
  • 5-10 years of experience in recruitment from start to finish.
  • 3+ years of experience in Tech and/or Sales recruitments.
  • Recruitment experience handling high volumes and fast-paced environments.
  • Experience recruiting internationally for various countries, regions, and businesses.
  • Ideal background includes both consulting and Talent Acquisition team experience.
  • Previous experience with SuccessFactors Recruitment module, SAP is a plus.
  • Previous experience in certified companies (ISO9001).
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written mandatory (French as a plus).
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
