MISSÃO:
Elo de ligação da empresa com os stakeholders locais, interlocutor preferencial com a rede de mediação nos distritos da sua responsabilidade.
PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Prospeção e Acompanhamento à rede de mediadores - Assegurar uma relação de proximidade com os diferentes stakeholders (atuais ou potenciais); identificação de oportunidades de negócio; promoção de eventos/workshops locais; implementação de ações de trade marketing e outras ações de promoção da fidelização da rede.
- Análise Financeira da região - Monitorização de resultados de volume e rentabilidade; análise dos principais canais; análise do mix de produto; articulação com o responsável operacional da zona de forma a assegurar as condições operacionais necessárias ao desenvolvimento de negócio nas Agências.
- Conhecimento das especificidades da sua área de atuação e concorrência - estar atento às principais tendências de mercado na região onde atua, partilha de informação com os principais stakeholders; utilização dessas tendências para identificação de oportunidades de negócio.
