How You’ll Make an Impact / Responsibilities
- Create a shared understanding and meaning of data, and the value and opportunities for Siemens Energy
- Drive focus towards desired mindset change and support adoption of good data management, up to data and AI technologies and best practices
- Build and nurture a thriving community for data practitioners and enthusiasts to come together, encourage innovation, creativity and learning through the collective knowledge and shared experiences across different data and digital teams in the organisation
- Develop learning and development pathways for different types of personas - from practitioners to executives, building our internal capabilities for data and AI, and progressively and creatively managing this space as a learning organization in the space of data and advanced analytics.
- Amplify Siemens Energy’s data and AI achievements in the industry, and foster wider industry collaboration

And specifically for the Data & Advanced Analytics organization:

- Clarify and amplify our team’s role and reach in making Siemens Energy’s data ambitions happen.
- Progressively build our team’s credibility and influence within Siemens Energy and beyond
- Aid in generating enduring sponsorship, interest and support - extending to those outside of Siemens Energy
- Build excitement, motivation, and momentum for members of the team
- Encourage and increase engagement and proactively validate effectiveness, acceptance, and satisfaction of our products

What You Bring / skills, capabilities
- Strong stakeholder engagement at all levels of the organization, with experience in influencing direction and driving outcomes.
- Leadership of the organization's communications, change management, and other corporate affairs activities, including developing and delivering the organization's internal and external communication strategy and policy, community, and stakeholder relations
- Leadership and execution of technical and non-technical change management, including the planning, implementing, communicating, measuring, controlling and affecting of change and user adoption process
- Experience in building and sustaining communities of practice, championing initiatives and members of the community, and managing the needs of a community as a whole
- Excellent communications and engagement, with awareness and experience in different types of medium and methods to capture and sustain attention and participation
- Experience in developing and delivering learning and capability strategy and approach
- Knowledge and background in digital and innovation management
- Strong interest and appreciation of the value and impact of data and AI, and enthusiasm to uncover emerging patterns and trends for successful engagement in this space
- Proven experience in navigating complex, matrixed organization, and driving outcome at scale
