Our Cultural Association, nestled in the lush landscapes of northern Portugal, is in search of a Room Management Maestro to curate a harmonious stay for our visitors. From overseeing a diversity of lodging including rooms, tipis, yurts, cabins and guest other accommodations to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, this is an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills in our vibrant community

**About the Role**:This isn't your ordinary room management job We need someone who can go beyond the basics and add their personal touch to each guest's stay. You will be an essential part of creating a memorable experience for our visitors, making them feel at home amidst nature's embrace.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage and oversee the accommodation rooms, ensuring they are comfortable, aesthetically appealing and clean.

Coordinate room availability, bookings, and guest arrivals.

Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain high-quality standards for the rooms.

Address visitor inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.

Plan and execute creative room setups and decor for various events and gatherings.

Collaborate with the team to create unique guest experiences and develop new ideas for room enhancements.

Ensure the seamless operation of all room-related functions and services.

Cultivate a warm and welcoming atmosphere, reflecting the essence of our vibrant community.

**Must-Haves**:
Experience in room management or hospitality-related roles.
