**Technical Program Manager Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead program planning, milestone and success criteria definition, resource
- Create, track, and drive critical path, flagging and managing risks, dependencies and decisions that affect the program
- Management of program spend, capitalization, and tax credit reporting
- Creation and distribution of impactful automated reporting
- Periodically support Portugal based planning and project management in partnership with the General Manager and cross functional leaders.
- Build relationships with colleagues in Portugal and North America to help bridge gaps

**Basic Qualifications**:

- 6+ years of technical program management experience in matrixed software development organizations
- Have prior experience working alongside or driving a large Enterprise IT initiative
- Have successfully managed multi-team dependency and risk identification and resolution with competing priorities

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in Financial Systems and Sox compliance
- Jira + confluence power user
- Experience in DevOps and digital/cloud operations
- Experience with driving global go-to-market planning and execution
