You will work in Lisbon, Portugal - hybrid system (3 days home/2 days office)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 19:00 (8 hours a day)

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included.

**About the project**:
Provide services for customers of a medical device company developing and marketing insulin infusion system. Their goal is improving the lives of people with diabetes and other conditions through its Omnipod delivery system. You will be providing services for German-speaking clients of the company.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Assistance with ordering and shipping
- Ordering the device, but not the active substance
- Orders based on medical prescriptions
- Orders of test or demo kits
- Resolving questions regarding payment processes.

**Requirements**:

- German level at least C1
- Communicative level of English language ( at least B2)
- You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

**What you will gain**:

- Salary without accommodation: 1598 euros gross / month
- Salary with accommodation (room in shared apartment with bills included): 1234 euros gross / month

**IF YOU ARE MOVING FROM ABROAD - relocation package**:

- Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal;
