**Qual a missão de um Business Controller (M/F)**?**
Planear e coordenar o plano de atividades do Planeamento e Controlo de gestão das Unidades sob sua responsabilidade, assegurando a elaboração e desenvolvimento de informação que permita o acompanhamento dos principais KPI's da atividade assistêncial e da situação económico financeira, de forma a apoiar a Comissão Executiva e Gestores de Unidades na tomada de decisão, propondo e ajudando a identificar medidas corretivas.
**O que faz um **Business Controller**?**
- Propõe e garante a gestão, implementação e controlo do plano de atividades e objetivos definidos para a área, garantindo o alinhamento com a estratégia definida;
- Garante a melhoria contínua dos processos, procedimentos e soluções através da identificação e análise das tendências, inovações e boas práticas existentes no mercado;
- Assegura a análise, monitorização e reporte dos vários indicadores de performance das Unidades sob sua responsabilidade;
- Apresenta os KPIs e indicadores de performance relacionados com informação operacional, económica e financeira e comunica os principais resultados em Comissão Executiva.
- Apoia na definição de orientações, políticas e procedimentos de controlo interno relacionados com a contabilidade orçamental, com o objetivo de melhorar a performance e rentabilidade das Unidades.
**O que valorizamos?**
- Ensino superior em áreas relevantes (Gestão, Economia, Contabilidade) (obrigatório)
- Experiência profissional mínima de 3 anos na função de Controller e experiência em liderança e gestão de equipas;
- Experiência na utilização de ferramentas de análise de dados (Excel, power BI, SAP, etc.
- Conhecimento sobre o setor da saúde e do negócio
