**What you'll do**:

- As a Supply Chain Excellence Manager you will become a vital force at the heart of our global supply chain With a direct influence on Emma's exponential growth, you'll immerse yourself in the entire value chain of our business, making a lasting impact on our success.
- You will manage interactions and work collaboratively with our partners, ensuring best-in-class operational procedures, performance and partner stability and reliability.
- You will develop a deep knowledge of our existing partners, focusing on maximizing our sustainability and profitability.
- You will be a key player in our operations team challenging the status quo and ensuring enough flexibility for off-peak and peak periods.
- You will be an active collaborator in the product life cycle decision-making and team up with internal Stakeholders in product launches and phase-in and out products and suppliers.
- You will be seen as the expert in Supply Chain Excellence and your expertise will be used to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in the end to end of our supply chain.
- You'll embark on exciting journeys, visiting our partners to guarantee their compliance with our standards. Your watchful eye will ensure that our shared values are upheld, leaving no room for compromise when it comes to data transmission, documentation, performance quality, ethics, and environmental responsibility.
- You will interact with key internal teams like Production to Warehouse, Warehouse to Deliver, Strategic Procurement, S&OP, Finance and Product Success.

**Who we're looking for**:

- You have finished a graduation degree in business administration, engineering, logistics or a related field
- You have relevant working experience with operations and/or supply chain and/or logistics
- You are a self-starter and can work independently
- You have a strong understanding of supply chain and logistics and can derive strategic concepts for an excellent Supply Chain
- You have a positive mindset and driven by continuous improvement to overcome problems and to find out of box - solutions
- You enjoy working with different teams and take high ownership for your tasks
- You are strong analytically and have a strong appetite for making evidence-based rational decisions
- You consider multiple aspects when making business-relevant, pragmatic decisions, balancing customer-centricity and business requirements
- You are fluent in English (other EU languages are a plus)
