This is an exciting opportunity to join Emma and our Supply Chain Excellence team. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing the delivery experience for our customers ensuring we have the best practices applied to our operations and standardization across all our partners.

Your daily responsibilities will include managing interactions and fostering collaboration with partners to achieve operational excellence in supply chain processes. Positioned at the core of our global Supply Chain, you'll have a direct impact on driving Emma's exponential growth.\uD83D\uDE80

**What you'll do**:

- Manage interactions and work collaboratively with our partners, ensuring best-in-class operational procedures, performance and partner stability and reliability;
- Develop a deep knowledge of our existing partners, focusing on maximizing our sustainability and profitability;
- Be an active collaborator in the product life cycle decision-making and team up with internal Stakeholders in product launches and phase-in and out products and suppliers;
- You will be seen as the expert in Supply Chain Excellence and your expertise will be used to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in the end to end of our supply chain;
- You'll embark on exciting journeys, visiting our partners to guarantee their compliance with our standards;
- You will interact with key internal teams like Production to Warehouse, Warehouse to Deliver, Strategic Procurement, S&OP, Finance and Product Success.

**Who we are looking for**:

- You have finished a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or a related field;
- You have relevant working experience with operations and/or supply chain and/or logistics;
- You are a self-starter and can work independently;
- You have a positive mindset and driven by continuous improvement to overcome problems and to find out of box - solutions;
- You are strong analytically and have a strong appetite for making evidence-based rational decisions;
- You enjoy working with different teams and take high ownership for your tasks;
- You consider multiple aspects when making business-relevant, pragmatic decisions, balancing customer-centricity and business requirements;
- You are fluent in English (other EU languages are a plus).
