Vestas Power Solutions (VPS) is where new product ideas or technologies are matured, developed, tested, and improved. To put it short, Vestas power Solutions is the cornerstone of Vestas. The Interface Management team is a highly motivated team, responsible for handling, defining, and ensuring that both short and long-term targets are met for HOW we control, and organise physical design envelopes, interfaces across our wind turbine platforms and modules and our scalable product definitions. The focus on Geometrical Interfaces is expanding towards, energy, material a informational Interfaces and the team will grown according to this goal. The department naturally interfaces with all major turbine design areas and must host the design process to guarantee an increasingly efficient design machinery and physical integrity for our turbines. To achieve this goal, the department is also responsible for the and the validation process for the CAD model quality and the strategy for incorporating the new interfaces into our Architecture.

**Responsibilities**
- You are responsible for support setting the Geometrical Architecture, Interface Management and Assurance strategy for Vestas and responsible for influencing the Nacelle Layout Design in a way that Contributes with the overall goal to achieve Modularization and product scalability
- Support the Turbine Architecture Team and project managers during product development projects and technology projects
- Develop and coordinate all Interface Management requirements, tools, methods and processes required for modularization
- Conducting theoretical feasibility studies for new product and technology projects
- Participate on the development of the Technology Roadmap and further execution of approved projects with the aim to Increase modularization and promote shared technology, common architecture & standardization of Interfaces across products
- Review and approval of designs that match the Architectural Structure of the Turbine and its Variants
- Develop and maintain the visualization of all Variants and configurations of Vestas turbine products
- You will work in different teams together with Engineering, Service, Production, Transportation, HSE and others. You will also be a part of the global work with other Geometry Architects
- You will support the architecture development process, facilitate, and organise the architecture space claims throughout the lifecycle
- You should have skilled knowledge of the scrum framework, with all its artifacts and techniques. You'll also need the ability to coordinate people and projects (occasionally facilitating changes) with your mind set on deliverables

**Qualifications**
- MSc/BSc Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in new product development industries that have complex products and are heavily modularized like Automotive and Aerospace and have a proven history solid experience within new product development with fundamental knowledge of architect/geometrical interface work
- You have a least 5 years experience and knowledge in CREO and PDM LINK
- Creation and use and of guidelines, checklists and processes in CAD development and management
- Experience in a scrum master role
- Great knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
- Furthermore, the following qualifications are a big plus
- Good knowledge experience from Wind Turbine development and specific work experience within the wind industry is qualifying
- Knowledge within system engineering, e.g. MBSE and certification e.g. INCOSE
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g. Scrum)
- Experience and understanding of Modular product architecture
