**What you'll do**:

- You will work closely with colleagues from the People Services and People Partners Team.
- You will support in operational or administrative tasks such as Employee Onboarding & Offboarding, Global Mobility, Reporting and Data Management.
- You will help maintain our Help Desk (JIRA) and HRIS System (Personio).
- You will communicate with external and internal stakeholders.
- You enjoy advancing ideas together with us as a team and actively contribute to our projects.

**Who we're looking for**:

- You are fluent in German and can read through/create documents in German.
- You have a quick grasp of concepts and a reliable way of working.
- You are confident in using MS Office, especially Excel.
- You show commitment and have an interest in People topics.
- You have good communication skills and a good command of English.
- You have a strong sense of responsibility and enjoy working in a team.
- You are available for at least 6 months.
