ARCATRANS is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Logistics Coordinator/Sales Representative/Freight Broker as a subcontractor, who will establish a potential clients’ database by contacting prospective clients and expanding business with current clients.

Working hours Monday to Friday from (working time 13:00 - 22:00 Lisbon, Portugal Time)

Location: Remote

Arcatrans is an asset based motor carrier company, specializing in LTL and FTL cross border USA and Canada. Offices and warehouses are located in Toronto, ON (Canada) and Mountainside NJ (USA).

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage customer contacts and CRM data entry
- Provide clients customized solutions to transportation needs and related issues
- Negotiate pricing to service all prospect and client’s needs
- Tracking the tenders, Cost Estimating
- Negotiate with Logistics Companies and Shippers to obtain best rates for loads and service Customer needs
- Maintain and grow relationships with carriers to move freight as per client’s needs

**Required Qualifications**
- Previous logistics/transportation sales experience highly preferred
- Exceptional English verbal communication skills effectively
- Verbal Communication - Speaks English clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
- Must have previous inside sales experience
- Must have business development experience
- Outbound call experience
- Customer service skills
- High degree of telephone etiquette, confidence and professionalism in interacting with customers and carrier partner

**Salary**: 1,000.00€ - 2,000.00€ per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lisboa, Distrito de Lisboa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
